Psalms Cafe & Restaurant is located inside the National Central Library. We insist on making delicious food fresh (as opposed to using ready-to-eat food packets), and we serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, freshly squeezed juice, coffee, afternoon tea and more. The restaurant has seating for 110, projectors and audio equipment, a stage, a keyboard piano, separate glass rooms and a church-style seating area. Taiwan Traveler Card is accepted here.
