Sophia is a girl with a passion for desserts. During her college years, she won first place and a prize of NT$50,000 by participating in the school's entrepreneurship dream project, which set her on the path of Sophia Dessert & Coffee. Since 2014, she has been pedaling her own-designed crème brûlée cart through the streets and alleys of Taipei. In Sophia's memory, baking crème brûlée is the most memorable dessert. The crackling sound and the crispy caramelized sugar, flaming and crispy, combined with the smooth and creamy texture, are simply a delightful fusion of flavors and textures.
